This week, an officer in London’s Metropolitan Law enforcement appeared in court and pleaded guilty to 49 offenses, which include 24 counts of rape more than an 18-year time period. David Carrick’s crimes were being as audacious as they ended up grotesque. Detectives say that he lured victims to his residence right before imprisoning them, depriving them of food and subjecting them to the most wicked functions of violence and cruelty.
