Golden Bachelor's Theresa's Daughter Gushes About Gerry Turner
The Golden Bachelor’s Gerry Turner is mixing right in with fiancée Theresa Nist’s household, reveals Theresa’s daughter, Jen Woolston, in an interview with Life & Design.
“As quickly as you know they have been engaged and all the things, I mean, I got to start talking to Gerry at that point, chatting to [his daughters] Angie and Jenny,” Jen, 38, solely tells Lifetime & Model on Tuesday, December 19. “So we did have you know a big chunk of time to start off obtaining to know every single other before the total entire world could know and every little thing.”
The Golden Bachelor was filmed in August, with the time airing on ABC from September 28 to November 30. When followers saw Gerry, 72, get engaged to Theresa, 70, during the finale, the fact stars’ families experienced a handful of months to get to know every other privately. Jen adds that her family, which also involves brother Tommy Nist, welcomed Gerry as a stepfather.
“Yeah, it feels genuinely all-natural. It feels genuinely superior. I necessarily mean, they were all more than my residence previous weekend, and it was good,” The Roving Bar and VW Booth Bus proprietor states.
Jen tells Everyday living & Design that though she wasn’t certain how it would be to meet up with Gerry for the duration of his hometown dates, it was “thrilling” to know that her mother could potentially “start this new kind of life” with an individual. Now that Gerry and Theresa are engaged, Jen says the blended spouse and children feels like it was “always intended to be.”

Gerry chose Theresa as the winner of The Golden Bachelor and finished his romance with fellow contestant Leslie Fhima in the course of the November 30 finale.
“Right now, I’m dying inside of. I’m in like with both of them, and in each situation I’ve advised them, ‘I enjoy you,’” Gerry admitted. “With each individual of them I can see a lifetime with each other. Lifestyle with Leslie would be a very remarkable everyday living. She’s adventurous. She seems out for me and I appear out for her. But Theresa and I have this bond. We know what the other human being is experience. We know what they’ve been as a result of.”
In addition to revealing their engagement, ABC announced that Gerry and Theresa would get married throughout a live function on January 4, 2024. Jen, who will be the maid of honor in the course of the nuptials, celebrated her mom’s huge news through Instagram on December 4.
“Thrilled for my mother @theresa_nist and her shortly to be husband @goldengerryturner on their engagement,” she wrote. “We had the ideal time in California and got to be at the finale with them. And then even go gown shopping and other fun points! It is been a whirlwind in the greatest way and we are just so satisfied.”
