The Bench headed by Justice Adarsh Kumar Goel stated, the report shows that there have been unchecked violations by way of encroachments, construction of bunds, other illegal constructions, and dumping of particles in violation of environmental norms and to the detriment of the ecosystem, significantly mangroves. Nonetheless, the Committee has not indicated the violators of CRZ Notification and also not described the action taken or proposed in opposition to these types of violators.
The bench additional said, the recommendations in the report to remove unauthorized dumping of waste, clear away unlawful encroachments, and restorative parts have to be approved. MCZMA has to get ready a time-bound action plan with budgetary support in the make any difference and has to difficulty instructions for the scientific dealing with of squander.
