CBI files corruption case versus officials of Delhi Jal Board, construction overall body NBCC

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) submitted a corruption situation in opposition to officers of Delhi Jal Board and National Structures Building Company Limited (NBCC) on Saturday. The federal company alleged that the accused had entered into a conspiracy to give undue favour to an ineligible non-public enterprise to make it technically eligible.

Lookups have been done at 10 destinations in Delhi/NCR on the premises of the accused, which led to the restoration of incriminating paperwork and digital evidence. The agency has booked former Delhi Jal Board (DJB) officials Main Engineer Jagdish Kumar Arora, Superintendent Engineer P K Gupta, Executive Engineer Sushil Kumar Goel, Assistant Engineer Ashok Sharma, AAO Ranjit Kumar, then Normal Supervisor NBCC DK Mittal, and Job Government Sadhan Kumar besides non-public firm NKG Infrastructure Limited.
