Charles McGonigal, the previous head of counterintelligence for the FBI’s New York area office environment, was billed in two separate indictments for allegedly performing with Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska, who was sanctioned for interfering in the 2016 US presidential election, just after he retired. McGonigal entered a plea of not responsible by way of his legal professional at an arraignment on fees in relationship with violating US sanctions, conspiracy, and money laundering.
