ITBP jawan arrested for allegedly raping Sikkim teen
An Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) jawan has been arrested for raping a teen in Sikkim’s Pakyong district.

An ITBP jawan was arrested in Sikkim for allegedly raping a 13-yr-old girl a number of periods at his official quarters right after which she became expecting, law enforcement claimed on Sunday.
The incident happened in Rangpo city in Pakyong district, they mentioned.
In her grievance, the girl’s mother alleged that a teenaged neighborhood boy also sexually assaulted her for months. Police reported they have detained the boy as properly.
The girl’s mother alleged that the paramilitary staff, an assistant sub-inspector, raped her various periods at his household quarters in Raj Bhavan’s Winter Camp in Rangpo considering the fact that April.

Police booked the jawan, a native of Dharchula in Uttarakhand’s Pithoragarh district, less than the Security of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act’s segment 4 (punishment for penetrative sexual assault) and area 6 (punishment for aggravated penetrative sexual assault).
In the exact criticism, the girl’s mother alleged that the community boy was also sexually assaulting her considering that February.
Police said they have nabbed the boy and taking legal motion from him.
The girl was medically examined at the principal wellness care in Rangpo, they said.
Law enforcement explained they are investigating the situation, and making an attempt to confirm if the local boy and the ITBP jawan had any link.
The sequence of situations is remaining established, they said, refusing to divulge specifics about how the alleged rapes and assaults continued for so lengthy.
