The Main Justice of India (CJI) NV Ramana on Friday claimed that he had received a request from junior attorneys to bar the senior advocates from mentioning instances.
“Yesterday there was a ask for from junior members of the Bar, to stop senior advocates from mentioning conditions for some time,” the CJI reported.

The improvement came right after a request from Senior Advocate AM Singhvi, who sought to mention a case for urgent listing. Singhvi’s request for mentioning came ideal after Senior Advocate Kapil Sibal experienced outlined a few matters.
