Maggi-Producer Announces 2nd Interim Dividend: Price, Record Date, Payment Date h3>

Investing.com — The famous Maggi-producing FMCG giant Nestle (NS:) India posted higher-than-estimated quarterly net profit and revenue figures for the July-September 2022 quarter on Wednesday.
In conjunction with the earnings numbers of Q3 CY22, the FMCG MNC has declared a corporate reward for shareholders. Its Board of Directors has announced a second interim dividend for 2022.

The second interim dividend would be Rs 120/share at a face value of Rs 10 apiece, amounting to Rs 1,157 crore. It will be paid on and from November 16, 2022, the company said while announcing its quarterly earnings on Oct 19.
The record date for the determination of eligible shareholders availing interim dividend has been set for Nov 1, with an ex-dividend date of October 31.
The Maggi-maker announced the first interim dividend of Rs 25/share on May 6, 2022. In the last calendar year (CY21), the company announced a total dividend of Rs 200/share.

Nestle India recorded its highest sales growth in the Sept quarter, compared to all quarters over the last 5 years, with total sales jumping 18.2% YoY to Rs 4,567 crore.
